Where and how we’ll train together

The sessions take place at the Beverley Leisure Centre

Initially you’ll attend a FREE introductory taster session. Here we will go through a workout, see where you are at and establish how to meet your goals. You’ll then focus on lifting with proper form, push yourself to get the most out of your workouts and ensure you’re enjoying your training.

You’ll come away from every session having always taken a step further towards achieving your goals and becoming more confident.

Free support with your personal training

Outside of your sessions you’ll receive support over messages as well as access to the optional Ollfitz Personal Training app.

Here you’ll be set workouts, receive help to monitor your nutrition and have direct access to other support at your finger tips to help keep you accountable outside of your personal training sessions.

How much does it cost?

The first session is free and following this sessions start as low as £28 per session when booking upfront.
