How online coaching works

Regular check-ins are at the heart of what we do. We'll regularly message by text or the training app. This is to help hold you accountable, ensure your pushing yourself and help support you in your journey.

The Ollfitz Training App is a free tool you're provided. Here you'll be set workouts and can log your weights, food and chat with myself and the wider Ollfitz community.

Based on your personal goals you'll be set a bespoke training plan. This training plan will be regularly reviewed, set in your app as a 'to-do' workout.
If there's any changes you'd like to make such as an exercise that you do not enjoy, just let me know and we change your training plan reactively.

You need someone who's qualified in nutrition to support your diet. With a BSc Nutrition and Sport (Level 6) I am equipped with the know how on how to support your diet.
It's also important to understand different people require different support when it comes to diet. Whether you want to be told calories and protein or would just like some advice and support, we can tailor approach to your needs.
